Arc Decon was tasked with a tenant improvement project for a new vendor in the food court of a shopping centre. As this project included a new build-out, our team was responsible for the selective demolition phase being completed in a timely manner. This included the removal of tiles, damaged drywall, and specialty ceiling vents. Our team also relocated specialty equipment for the tenant. Given the limited space and food safety industry standards, we recognized the importance of maintaining a clean environment throughout the project.
